Czecho-Slovakia Violin #2

Submitted by admin on Tue, 02/05/2008 - 05:08.

Inside of this violin is stamped Copy of Antonius Stadivarius. Made in Czecho-Slovakia. This indicates that this violin was made in Czecho-Slovakia shortly after WW II. The wood is very nice. There is a nice subtle grain on the back and the spruce on the top has no cracks. On the back of the violin at the top of the body where the neck joins is stamped STUDENT.

This violin is just about identical to the Czech #1 violin. This one has a little more wear on the top but the varnish seems to be in a little better shape.

Our luthiery did very little work on this violin and that is reflected in the price. It is simple that our costs were lower and we can thus offer this violin at a little better price.

If you are interested in purchasing a violin you can send me a message using the contact us form. I prefer to use Paypal for the transaction. Paypal is capable of accepting all major credit cards.
