French Stradivarius copy - for sale
Inside of this violin is a label that states Copie de Antonius Stradivarius Cremonenfis Faciebat Anno 1721. To the one side of the label is the trademark of whoever made it. At the other F-hole is a small label that states MADE IN FRANCE.
The violin is in good shape with no damage and a nice red hue. Our luthiery cleaned it up and confirmed that it was indeed made in France. It is overvarnished which affects the sound. To complement this, we installed Dominant strings so that this violin has a nice mellow sound
This is a very nice student violin. It is well priced and will suit more mellow music if that is what you like to play.
