Left handed 3/4 size Violin
Question from the mailbox:
We are looking for a quality, left-handed 3/4 violin for our son. We understand that such an instrument is difficult to find, especially one that was specifically built as a left-handed instrument as opposed to being a conversion. Should you have any instruments that would meet our needs, or any feedback, we would be most appreciative.
Answer:
I just have the 2 three quarter violins and this is the first time that I have had a request for a left handed violin. All I can suggest is that you continue your search for a left handed three quarter violin. It may be rare and therefore expensive if you want quality but someone in the world has one for sale I am sure.
Apparently a right handed violin can be converted by moving the sound bar and the sound post.
Members: Do any of you have any experiences with a left handed violin?
